Zodiac Pool Part FAQs
We charge a fixed strip-and-quote fee, which includes our technicians dismantling your Zodiac part and diagnosing the problem. We’ll then provide a second fixed quote for a repair or replacement. Our pricing for repairs includes a service fee plus the cost of any required parts. It’s no different to taking your car to a mechanic.
Most Zodiac robotic pool cleaners have a 2-year warranty period, although that often includes a motor running hours limitation. Some models, such as the VX, EX and FR lines, have 3-year warranties. To find the exact warranty for your model, head to the Zodiac website.
If your Zodiac robotic pool cleaner isn’t moving, it’s probably caused by one of the following issues.
